Policies & Agreements

PAYMENT METHOD

For small and large OEM’s Smart Access Technologies will agree with their customers the payment terms when contracts are established. 

 

For small orders Smart Access Technologies will accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

For International Orders Smart Access Technologies only accepts Wire Transfers. Please contact us so we can provide you with Wire Transfer Account Information.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information | US

For your convenience, we offer Ground 5-7 day shipping, Standard 3-5 day shipping, and Express 2 day shipping on most in-stock items. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select a shipping method for each recipient. Express delivery charges are based on your location and the weight of your package. Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.

Orders are shipped no more than 2 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted. Business days include Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays.

Overnight shipping order cutoff times are subject to change. Please contact us at 925-392-6006 if you have questions regarding delivery times.

International Shipping

International shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout, it will be based on your location and weight. The customer is responsible for customs and other import fees.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you decide that the Smart Access Technologies is not the right solution for you, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price less the cost of your return shipping. To ensure we are able to process your return efficiently, we will provide you with a return label for your package. Please contact Smart Access Technologies for your return label by emailing us at contact@smartaccesstech.com.

Return Process: Once we review your order history and confirm that you are still within your 30 days, we will email you a return label that you can use to return and track your package. When we receive your package, a credit for the original purchase price of the product, less the cost of return shipping, will be issued to your credit card within a week.  There is a restocking fee of 15% for opened packages. To be eligible for a return, the product cannot have been installed, must be returned with all content as it was shipped including instruction manuals and hardware and must be returned in the same manor as it was shipped inside of another protective box. Do not use the original product box as the return shipping box. If there are missing parts you may not be eligible for a full refund.  In the event that we cannot process a credit, a check will be mailed to you. If your return is due to product defect or shipping error Smart Access Technologies will provide you a return label at no cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have clicked “Place Order” we can cancel or change your order prior to shipping. Our process is designed to fill and ship your items with as little delay as possible so we suggest that these requests be made immediately by contacting contact@smartaccesstech.com. We will not be able to cancel your order once the product has shipped.
