PRODUCT WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing a Smart Locking System from Smart Access Technologies.
This Limited Warranty applies to the Smart Locking Systems and all its individual components.
Smart Access Technologies stands behind their products and gives a 24 month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all components of our systems. All replacement components covered by warranty must be returned within14 days to Smart Access Technologies. If product not received within 14 days you will be charged full price for the replacement components.
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or functionality under normal use during the 24 month warranty period. During the 24 month period, Smart Access Technologies will either repair or replace the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. The replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from material defects or device functionality. Modifications such as wire splicing done to any of the system components will void the warranty. The use of non-approved components on any Smart Access System will void the warranty. Proof of purchase must be presented.
